Unfortunately, if you are using the Avada Instagram Element on your website, you will discover that it will no longer work (we are working very hard to try and resolve this issue with Facebook).

As part of Facebook’s annual data security audit for API access, we had some items for which we needed to provide more information. Our team has been working on these items along with Facebook to get them resolved. Unfortunately, we were unable to resolve the last item before the deadline due to their submission website currently experiencing issues, which has posed a significant challenge to our team and many others.

We understand the inconvenience this might pose to many of our users, especially those who relied heavily on the Instagram Element for their site’s aesthetics or functionality. We’re sincerely sorry for the disruptions this may cause.

UPDATE 30/08/2023: The Avada Instagram API Facebook connection has been restored, and the Element will work as expected.
